The Site is operated by Tosiko Lab, a solo consultancy offering self-hosted service desk and automation solutions. The service provider is IE MAKSIM SHAMPAROV (ID: 304770184), an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, located at Georgia, Tbilisi, Krtsanisi district, Nino and Ilia Nakashidze Street, No. 1, Building 3.

You may only access the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You may not damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, nor interfere with others' use. Unauthorized access attempts to connected systems are prohibited.

The Site does not currently offer public registration, comments, or user-generated content features. If introduced later, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

Tosiko Lab provides consulting for self-hosted chat, service desk, and automation tools. Customer data typically deploys on client-controlled infrastructure under client terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tosiko Lab does not provide SaaS hosting for production customer data.

Third-party integrations (Meta, messaging platforms, APIs) are governed by their own terms. Tosiko Lab is not responsible for the availability, security, or content of third-party platforms.

Site content belongs to Tosiko Lab or is used with permission. Reproduction or redistribution requires prior written consent, except for internal service evaluation.

Site information provides general technical service details only, not legal, financial, HR, or compliance guidance. Users should consult professionals for such matters.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, and continuity is not guaranteed.

Tosiko Lab's aggregate liability in connection with the Site will be limited to one hundred (100) US dollars or the amount you have paid for services in the past three months, whichever is greater. Indirect damages are excluded.

Georgian law governs these Terms. Disputes fall under Georgian courts' jurisdiction unless a separate written contract specifies otherwise.

Updates may occur to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.
